Vanim is a free English-learning mobile app designed to help users improve their spoken-English skills through interactive content. The App is offered “as is” and supported by non-personalized advertisements delivered through third-party networks such as Google AdMob. We may enhance, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
The App is suitable for users aged 3 years and above. Users under 18 years must use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
4. User Responsibilities

- Not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the App.

The App displays non-personalized ads via Google AdMob and uses third-party SDKs (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Play Services). We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party ads, links, or websites. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the App, you consent to the data practices described there.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless vanim.ai, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.
9. Limitation of Liability

You shall not use the App to:

- Promote hate speech, harassment, or discrimination;

- Undermine the unity, integrity, defense, or sovereignty of India.
Violation of these provisions may lead to suspension and legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related Rules.
12. Updates and Modifications
We may change, update, or revise these Terms at any time, without prior notice. The latest version will always be available in-app and on our website. Continued use of Vanim after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and other company policies.
13. Waiver and Severability
Failure by the Company to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network outages, governmental actions, or other Force Majeure events.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
